Insured case. What to do ?
Upon occurrence of the accident it is required to:
  1. Inform JSIC “INGO” about the occurrence by calling one of the following numbers:

    1. File a written indemnity claim

    Provide documents from the healthcare facility confirming the fact of seeking medical treatment due to the accident.

    Note: In accordance with the terms of the current insurance contract and the accident insurance rules, the Insurer reserves the right to make changes and additions to the list of documents attached to the application in each case.

    1. The package of documents must be submitted to the insurer, but not later than 15 (fifteen) working days, at the following address:

      1st floor of INGO 

      Personal Insurance Loss Adjustment Department.


  2. Other documents requested after receiving the application can be sent by photocopy to:

    Be sure to include the subject of the letter:

    "Documents to the statement of the full name (insured person), contract № (1111)".

  3. Consultation on the list of documents for reimbursement and regarding the consideration of the application can be obtained from the Head of the Department of Medico-Economic Expertise of Insurance Compensation, Valentina Doroshenko: Mon-Thu 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-4pm by phone 044 490 27 46 (internal 7144) or send an inquiry to:

  4. The payment deadline is up to 21 (twenty-one) working days from the date of receipt of the complete package of documents.

  5. You will be notified of the possibility of receiving a cashless payment on your bank card by SMS.
