I can't find a receipt for payment of insurance services. Where can I go to get a duplicate?

The payment receipt is provided by the bank you used to make the payment. Thus, to restore the receipt, you need to use the bank's Internet banking, mobile application or contact the bank's support service.

If I have several policies, can I pay for them all in one payment?

No, each policy must be paid for separately by the insurance contract number or according to the invoices received from the insurance company's specialist.

Can I pay the policy price in several installments?

Yes, but there are restrictions. According to the law on financial monitoring, when paying bills worth more than UAH 27,500, the payer must undergo initial identification. It is not allowed to split the amount during such a payment.

The payment for my insurance contract online was successful, but the policy did not arrive in the mail. What should I do?

If you have not received the policy by e-mail, please contact the INGO Contact Center at 0 800 215 553 or your manager directly. After identification in the database, the electronic policy will be re-provided at your convenience.
