Frequently asked questions

Can I send a message anonymously?

Yes. INGO accepts and considers anonymous appeals/reports on detected violations, which the Company is able to verify. At the same time, in order to provide you with a response on the results of the verification of the facts and measures taken, we ask you to provide at least an e-mail address or a mobile phone number.

What are the ESG-related requests/complaints about?

Please let us know if you have information that the Company may potentially provide insurance coverage for projects that negatively affect the environment. Or certain structural units of the Company, in your opinion, are not sufficiently accessible to people with disabilities, and/or the Company's employees allow any form of discrimination against consumers on social, physical, functional or other grounds, etc.

What should I include in my ESG (environmental, social and governance) report?

In your notification, please indicate the following:

  • The number and date of the Insurance Agreement that violates ESG standards;
  • If possible, please provide any information on the place of purchase/application for insurance (address of the structural unit, website, intermediary);
  • Describe what exactly happened and provide as many details as possible: who was involved, where and when it happened, how you learned about it.
  • Leave your email address or mobile phone number so that an INGO representative can contact you to clarify the information, if necessary, and verify the facts.
