1. What you can report to INGO

If you (a client, employee, business partner or other interested person) becomes aware of the facts:

  • violation of applicable law
  • fraud or corruption;
  • violation related to ESG issues - failure to comply with environmental, social and corporate standards in the Company's activities or projects to which it is involved in insurance/reinsurance: environmental protection, treatment of clients/partners/consumers, etc., transparency of reporting/anti-corruption measures, etc;
  • disclosure/improper actions to preserve information containing personal data, financial service (insurance) secrecy (except when disclosure of such information is required by the legislation of Ukraine;
  • improper management of the Company's property and resources;
  • abuse of office;
  • other aspects of unethical behavior of the Company's employees (violation of the norms and requirements of the Company's Code of Corporate Ethics);
  • evidence of a potential or actual conflict of interest in the Company's activities etc;
  • or you want to leave an anonymous complaint/request.

Important: you can leave a message in the Form, maintaining anonymity. To do this, indicate only your email and/or phone number so that we can contact you if necessary. In this case, the Full Name field is not required to be filled in. The form fields that are required to be filled in are marked with asterisk *.

Can I send a message anonymously?

Yes. INGO accepts and considers anonymous appeals/reports regarding identified violations that the Company is able to verify. In order to provide you with a response about the results of verification of the facts received and the measures taken, we ask you to provide at least an email address or mobile phone number.

What are the appeals/complaints related to ESG issues about?

Please let us know if you have information that the Company can potentially provide insurance coverage for projects that negatively affect the environment. Or, in your opinion, certain structural divisions of the Company are not sufficiently accessible to people with special needs, and/or the Company's employees allow any forms of consumer discrimination based on social, physical, functional or other characteristics etc.

What should I include in my ESG (Company's compliance with environmental, social and governance standards) report?

In your report, please indicate the following:

  • Number and date of conclusion of the Insurance Contract that violates ESG norms;
  • If possible, indicate any information regarding the place of purchase/application for insurance service (address of the structural division, website, intermediary);
  • Describe what exactly happened and provide as many details as possible: who is involved, where and when it happened, how you learned about it.
  • Leave your email address or mobile phone number so that INGO representative can contact you to clarify information, if necessary, and verify the facts.
