What affects the cost of insurance?
The insurance rate depends on the class of the airport, the total annual number of aircraft from different groups, and is determined taking into account the minimum permitted indemnity limits stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
What is a franchise?
A deductible is a portion of the loss paid by the insured. The amount of the deductible is deducted from the insurance payment. The policyholder's participation in the risk (deductible) is limited only to the property damage deductible.
What is the deductible for airport liability insurance?
We apply two types of deductibles:
- In respect of damage caused to an aircraft
- In respect of damage caused to the property of one third party (other than an aircraft)
