INGO Insurance Company JSC announces an open tender to select a company to provide a range of services for SEO-optimization of the corporate website ingo.ua. The tender will be held from October 27 to December 29, 2021.
Companies and individual entrepreneurs that provide SEO website optimization services are invited to participate in the tender, namely those that have
- confirmed cases of SEO services with other companies
- proven experience in the creation and development of e-commerce systems
- alienability of solutions from the contractor
- preferred work experience: from 3 years
- presence of a representative office on the territory of Ukraine (legal entity)
- it is desirable to work through a private entrepreneur of the 3rd category (5% tax)
- number of specialists: from 10 people
- readiness to perform work within the agreed time frame
- experience in working with financial sector companies
The list of areas of work includes:
- SEO audit of the corporate website ingo.ua
- development of Terms of Reference based on the results of the audit
- comprehensive SEO promotion (work with a mass of links, monitoring/updating texts, monitoring/updating the structure, etc.)
- copywriting

General terms of cooperation:
- Start date of cooperation - 04.01.2022;
- the planned budget is 500-700 thousand UAH for 2022:
- SEO audit - 30 - 60 thousand UAH.
- preparation of detailed ToR + work plan/schedule - 15 - 25 thousand UAH.
- copywriting services - 100 - 200 thousand UAH.
- work with the mass of links - 150 - 300 thousand UAH.
- support - 35 - 75 thousand UAH.

Applications and commercial offers for the full range of SEO services for the ingo.ua website in the form of an electronic document (in .PDF format) should be sent to e-tender@ingo.ua by November 12, 2021 (inclusive), as well as by mail or courier in a sealed envelope with information confirming that the company meets the requirements specified above.

The deadline for submitting the above documents for participation in the tender in electronic form is November 12, 2021, 18:00 (indicate the name of the company and "Tender for the provision of a comprehensive range of SEO services" in the subject line).
Contractor selection process:
1. Submission of confirmation of consent to participate in the tender: until November 12, 2021, 18:00;
2. A telephone conference with representatives of the Marketing and Advertising Department may be held to better understand the tasks. The time will be offered, if necessary, in response to the confirmation of participation in the tender;
3. Submission of the tender proposal: until November 22, 2021, 16:00
4. Decision announcement: by December 29, 2021
