INGO announces an open tender to select a contractor for the production and placement of outdoor advertising

INGO Insurance Company announces an open tender for the selection of a contractor (LLC or individual entrepreneur) to provide services for the production and placement of outdoor advertising for INGO Insurance Company for a period of one year.

The client,INGO Insurance Company, has 30 years of experience in the insurance market. The company is one of the largest insurers in Ukraine in terms of insurance claims, premiums and own assets.

Companies (LLCs) or individual entrepreneurs (IEs) that provide services for the production and placement of outdoor advertising on video boards, gas stations, and in the subway are invited to participate in the tender.

Mandatory conditions are:

1. To place outdoor advertising in the Kyiv subway, a direct agreement between the participant and the Municipal Enterprise "Metropolitan".
2. Agreement to provide access to outdoor advertising for a period of one year.
3. The tenderer cannot have clients from the Russian Federation, if the company is part of an international holding, then this holding cannot have a representative office in the Russian Federation either.

Thelist of areas of work includes:

• Production of outdoor advertising
• Placement of the Customer's outdoor advertising for one year.

Tasks to be performed by the contractor:

• Popularization of the purchase of insurance policies on-line
• Familiarizing customers with new services and promotional offers
• Advertising of new products, promotional offers
• Promotion and improvement of brand awareness
• Realization of other ad-hoc tasks

The general terms of cooperation are 2024-2025.

Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit their tender proposals in the form of presentations, which will include:

1.Legal information

• An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as of the date of the Agreement conclusion;
• A copy of the Taxpayer's Certificate;
• A copy of the license for certain types of activities;
• A copy of the Charter or an extract from the Charter (first, last pages and pages indicating the powers of the governing bodies of the Contractor Company);
• A power of attorney (regulation, order, etc.) authorizing the signing of the Agreement

2.Presentation: cases/clients

3.A presentation with a list of outdoor advertising surfaces that the applicant is ready to provide for the Customer's advertising for one year.

Regarding the outdoor advertising space in the Kyiv subway: in this case, a direct agreement between the applicant and the Kyiv Metro is required.

4.Price offer.

Validity period of the tender offer. Tender proposals shall be valid for at least 3 months from the date of submission of the Tender proposal by the Tenderer.
