INGO Insurance Company announces an open tender to select a company for the production of printing and promotional products. The tender will be held from April 6 to May 7, 2021.
companies, individual entrepreneurs specializing in the production of printing and promotional products and meeting the following criteria are invited to participate in the tender
- experience in the field for at least 3 years;
- portfolio of works for leading Ukrainian and foreign companies;
- ability to develop a proposal taking into account all requirements;
- availability of production facilities;
- availability of a representative office in Ukraine (legal entity);
- readiness to perform the work in a timely manner;
- provision of samples of printing and souvenir products (welcome).
The list of areas of work includes:
- production of printed products;
- services for the supply of finished souvenir products with branding;
- development and production of individual orders;
- Possibilities of gift wrapping;
- opportunities to carry out design work (development of booklets, leaflets, posters, cards, advertising structures, etc.)
General terms of cooperation:
- Start date of cooperation - 10.05.2021;
- The period of cooperation is at least 1 year.

Contractor selection process:
1. Applications for participation in the tender: until April 12, 2021, 18:00;
2. A telephone conference with representatives of the Marketing and Advertising Department may be held to better understand the tasks. If necessary, the time will be offered in response to the confirmation of participation in the tender;
3. Submission of the tender proposal: until April 23, 2021 16:00;
4. Submission of samples: until April 23, 2021 16:00;
5. Decision announcement: may 7, 2021.
