INGO Insurance Company announces an open tender to select a company for comprehensive technical support of the corporate website ingo.ua. The tender will be held from April 6 to May 7, 2021.
Companies and individual entrepreneurs who provide technical support services for the website and meet the following criteria are invited to participate in the tender
- at least 3 years of experience in the field;
- availability in the portfolio of works on development of websites of leading Ukrainian and foreign companies;
- ability to develop a proposal taking into account all requirements;
- experience with CMF ModX;
- presence of a representative office on the territory of Ukraine (legal entity);
- readiness to perform work in a timely manner;
- number of employees - from 20 people;
- experience of working with financial sector companies.
The list of areas of work includes:
- comprehensive technical support of the website;
- modernization of existing pages in terms of UX/UI design;
- creation of new pages;
- Implementation of SEO optimization terms of reference;
- development of the CMS functionality of the website.

General terms of cooperation:
- The start date of cooperation is 05/10/2021;
- The period of cooperation is at least 1 year;
- The planned budget is from 350 thousand UAH per year:
- modernization of existing UX / UI design - from 50 thousand UAH per year;
- implementation of SEO optimization terms of reference - from 50 thousand UAH per year;
- creation of new pages - from 50 thousand UAH per year;
- development of CMS website functionality - up to 200 thousand UAH per year;
- comprehensive website maintenance - from 50 thousand UAH per year.
To participate in the competition, please send your applications, which will include
- a letter of application for participation in the tender;
- a description of experience in the above areas of work;
- company registration documents.

Contractor selection process:
1. Applications for participation in the tender: until April 12, 2021, 18:00;
2. For a deeper understanding of the tasks, a telephone conference with representatives of the Marketing and Advertising Department may be held. If necessary, the time will be offered in response to the confirmation of participation in the tender;
3. Submission of the tender proposal: until April 23, 2021 16:00;
4. Submission of samples: until April 23, 2021 16:00;
5. Decision announcement: may 7, 2021.
