INGO Insurance Company notes the increase in the number of medical services provided in April 2022. In almost 2 weeks of the current month, the insured persons received more than 3,000 different services, which is 3 times more than in this March. At the same time, the number of appeals to the contact center has doubled and is now 400-450 appeals per day.
The largest number of services was related to the organization of medical consultations (1,152) and medicines (1,053). The instrumental diagnostics and dental care have been organized more than 300 times. Among others - therapeutic massage, vitaminization, ophthalmology, pregnancy follow-up, day hospital and hospitalization.
On April 1-15, INGO IC paid UAH 7.9 million for the organization of medical services and medicines for the insured persons.
Despite the fact that more and more medical institutions are updating the format of face-to-face reception of patients, the restoration of the medical system is still ongoing. Therefore, we retain the ability to self-pay for medical services with its subsequent indemnification on the basis of copies of medical documents.
