Representatives of INGO Insurance Company participated in GEB Forum 2026, held in Venice. This year’s forum, under the theme The Bridge Between, provided a platform for discussing developments in the Employee Benefits sector, the evolution of international insurance programs, the adoption of emerging technologies, and ways to further enhance service quality.

For INGO, participation in the forum provided an opportunity to exchange experience with representatives of the international insurance community, explore new approaches to designing employee benefits programs, and discuss the further development of its cooperation with the Generali Employee Benefits Network.

GEB is a long-standing partner of INGO and one of the world's leading international networks specializing in Employee Benefits. Cooperation within the network enables Ukrainian and multinational companies to provide their employees with coordinated insurance programs across multiple countries.

A separate focus of the forum was the continued development of the global Generali Care group, which introduced its new brand, Redion. The new organization brings together the expertise of Europ Assistance and the Generali Employee Benefits Network. Its strategic priorities include the application of artificial intelligence, the development of digital solutions, increased operational efficiency, and the enhancement of customer support across international markets.

The event also marked the 60th anniversary of the GEB Network. Over the past six decades, the network has built an international partnership ecosystem that combines the local expertise of insurance companies with the capabilities of global Employee Benefits programs for employers.

"For us, participating in the forum was, above all, an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into how the international Employee Benefits market is evolving, discuss new technological and service solutions, and identify new areas for future cooperation. At INGO, we believe it is important not merely to participate in an international network, but to translate its expertise into practical improvements that enhance our insurance programs and services for companies and their employees," said Serhii Maistrenko, member of the Management Board of INGO.

INGO continues to strengthen its personal insurance business, enhance customer service, and implement solutions that address the evolving needs of employers and their employees.

The company extends its sincere appreciation to its GEB partners for the valuable professional exchange, their openness to cooperation, and the opportunity to work together on the continued development of international insurance programs.
