On April 24, the State Customs Service announced that it will launch a web service for submitting electronic guarantees for common transit (NCTS).
Using the web service, guarantors (including INGO Insurance Company) will be able to submit financial guarantees for the payment of customs debt in electronic form, which will greatly simplify the process of their registration for joint transit. Interaction between the State Customs Service, guarantors and subjects of the procedure will take place in electronic form. Information on all issued documents will be available in the Personal Account on the Single Window web portal. This decision will facilitate the convenience and simplicity of the process of registering new guarantees.
It is important to note that the electronic service for filing guarantees in common transit is part of the global process of digitalization and ensuring electronic interaction between all parties to trade operations.
