INGO Insurance Company took the 4th position in terms of premiums collected in the list of the largest insurers in Ukraine, which was published by NAIU’s PRIMA project. According to the National Association of Insurers of Ukraine (NAIU), the company collected UAH 1.527 billion of insurance premiums.
Particularly noteworthy is the voluntary health insurance segment, where INGO took the third position, collecting UAH 342.5 million. The company annually demonstrates an increase in premiums and claims paid in the voluntary health insurance segment, which indicates an increase in the popularity of this type of insurance and improvement of INGO's service. The trend is most pronounced in the corporate segment.
At the same time, in the Green Card market, INGO lost its position in the top 5, which may indicate growing competition in this segment. Nevertheless, the company's overall performance indicates a stable presence in the market and steady growth.
According to the regulator, as of the end of June 2024, 78 risk insurers operate in the Ukrainian insurance market, 12 of which specialize in life insurance.
