This was stated in the Personal Insurance Department of INGO Insurance Company.
In May 2022, INGO organized and paid for medical services worth over UAH 21.1 million. The number of such services increased by 58% compared to April. The intensity of requests for medical care increased from 500 to 750 per day.
"We have not yet reached the pre-war figures, but the positive dynamics indicates a stable recovery of our clients' activity," said Deputy CEO Serhiy Maistrenko. - “The company has resumed the work of the medical contact center in a 24/7 format. We expect for the increase in workload in the near future."
During May, INGO organized and paid for almost 9,500 medical services for its insured. Most of them are medical consultations (38%) and medicines (31%). They also often applied for dental services (11%) and for instrumental diagnostics (11%). The rest are therapeutic massage, vitaminization, ophthalmology, pregnancy management, day hospital and hospitalization.
Also during May, the person aggrieved in the accidents reported more than UAH 3 million. Out of them, the indemnities amounting to UAH 400,000 have already been paid, and others are in the process of collecting the necessary documents.
