In the 1st quarter of 2023, the persons insured by "INGO" received medical assistance in the amount of over UAH 113.2 million. The amount of indemnities under accident insurance programs has also increased. During January-March 2023, the company will pay twice as much as for any similar period last year. The applications for the indemnification in the amount of over UAH 5.3 million have already been confirmed.
"We predicted that the volume of our indemnities in the 1st quarter of 2023 will increase due to the increase in the number of insured persons and the increase in prices for medical services and medicines", Head of Personal Insurance Division Serhiy Maistrenko comments. - "However, we are currently also observing the maintenance of a high frequency of appeals by the insured."
The average number of daily customer requests remains at a fairly high level - approximately 1,700 contacts. During the quarter, almost 60,000 medical services were organized for the company's clients. Most often, the services of medical consultations, purchase of medicines and instrumental diagnostics were traditionally provided. At the same time, the number of services provided in March exceeded February's figures by 15% on average.
