Withdrawal from the insurance contract

The Insured has the right to withdraw from the concluded insurance contract without giving any reason. This may be done within 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract by submitting a relevant application to the INGO.

In the case referred to in the second paragraph of part one of Article 97 of the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance", the insured has the right to withdraw from the insurance contract within 45 days.

If within the specified period (30 or 45 days) no event with signs of an insured event has occurred, INGO shall refund the paid insurance premium to the Insured in full.

Applications for withdrawal from the Insurance Agreement in accordance with Article 107 of the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance" and refund

• Print the Application form, fill it out, sign and date it.
• Make a photo/scan copy of the Application.
• Upload the photo/scanned copy using the form "Application form for withdrawal from the insurance contract" (below). Important: please provide your correct e-mail address to receive a response from INGO.

• the term of the insurance contract is less than 30 calendar days
• under this insurance contract, the occurrence of an event with signs of an insured event has been reported
