Traditionally, the winners in all nominations are determined by voting by the independent authoritative jury, expert group of the editors of the above-mentioned websites and open voting by readers.
As for the insurance products that have been awarded, Serhiy Maistrenko noted that they became so, primarily thanks to the company's experience and customer feedbacks. "It is the clients who help us to improve our service and products for many years. And that is why we always try to maintain strong communication with them," he emphasized. Serhii Maistrenko also noted the professional team of sellers, underwriters, contact center operators, adjusters and partners, without whom this success would be impossible.
