In response to the tragic events that took place on July 8, 2024, when the Russian occupiers launched a missile attack on the toxicology building of Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital in the Shevchenkivskyi District of Kyiv, INGO Insurance Company decided to provide urgent financial assistance to the medical institution.

The amount of UAH 1 million will be transferred to the needs of hospital to restore the damaged premises and provide the necessary medical equipment used to provide emergency care to young patients.

"This tragedy has touched us all, and we are obliged to do everything we can to support our doctors and save the lives of little Ukrainians," said Igor Gordiyenko, CEO of INGO Insurance Company. "Children who, instead of relaxing during the summer holidays, are undergoing severe chemotherapy, have to fight for their own lives. And that wasn't enough, the hospital is attacked with missiles at this time," he added. "We express our deepest condolences to the families of victims and want to support Okhmatdyt in this difficult time."

As a reminder, the attack damaged the intensive care and operating rooms, as well as the oncology department, where children who cannot live without dialysis were treated.
