Dear customers, INGO is currently operating under a simplified system of insurance claims settlement.
This means that the insurance payment will be made remotely without a visit to the office. The documents required for making a decision on insurance indemnity under voluntary medical insurance, motor third party liability, hull insurance, and other property insurance contracts may be temporarily sent in the form of scanned or photocopies. You can do this by emailing medexpert@ingo.ua (for health insurance) and cc@ingo.ua (for car insurance and property insurance). In the application, please indicate the current contact phone number and email of the insured person, which can be used to contact in case of any clarification. Also, information on the status of the case will be sent to the specified e-mail address after the documents are reviewed.
