INGO Medical Contact Center is open from 8.00 to 19.00 (Monday-Friday) and from 9.00 to 18.00 (Saturday-Sunday). This schedule is due to the current working hours of medical institutions and pharmacies with which our company cooperates.
If you have an insured event with your home or car, you need to contact our contact center. It is open from 8.00 to 20.00 (Monday-Friday) and from 10.00 to 17.00 (Saturday-Sunday).
You can also report any insured event via chat - from 9.00 to 18.00 (Monday-Friday).
