INGO Insurance Company entered the TOP-20 best employers in Ukraine and the top ten in the Western region. The rating of the most desirable employers in Ukraine was compiled by the personnel portal grc.ua.
INGO is the only insurance company included in this rating.
According to a survey of more than 6000 candidates, the most important criteria when choosing an employer are the following: the company's stability in the market (69%), the company's financial capacity (60%) and corporate culture (38%). These factors dominate in all regions and age groups.
The grc.ua portal notes that the criterion of "stability of the company in the market" has significantly increased in the requests of candidates.
INGO has been operating in the insurance market since 1994. Since 2017, the company's main shareholder has been the Ukrainian business group DCH of Alexander Yaroslavsky.
The company is one of the largest insurance organizations in Ukraine in terms of premiums, own assets and insurance claims.
