In Q3 of this year, INGO Insurance Company continued to consistently provide health insurance services, maintaining a high level of service. In general, during this period, the insured persons received medical services for a total amount of more than UAH 101 million.

According to the information provided by the Personal Insurance Sales Division, the summer traditionally sees a decline in claims, but this year saw only a slight decrease of about 7% compared to the standard level. Every month of Q3, INGO contact center specialists processed a large number of appeals, namely 17-18 thousand. And it is worth noting that the specialists managed to achieve an extremely high level of efficiency, accepting 85% of all incoming calls within the first 20 seconds.

The most popular among the insured were the services of medical consultations and the purchase of medicines, the number of which was 5-6 thousand every month. Diagnostic services were also in great demand, which were provided in the amount of more than 2 thousand every month.

In addition, it should be noted that more than UAH 26 million was paid for confirmed applications for indemnification for insured events that occurred due to the accidents. All applications were paid on time and in full, demonstrating the reliability and stability of INGO Insurance Company.
