Dear customers, who have chosen the "Global Medicine" program from "INGO" for coverage against critical diseases, thank you for your choice and trust. During the existence of the program, we have insured thousands of people. Dozens of them received the high-quality treatment abroad, and for many it really saved their lives.

We assure you that "INGO" always takes maximum efforts to fulfill its obligations. A pandemic or a great war - the company tries not to use the "force majeure" option, but, in any situation, does everything possible to organize quality services. However, not everything depends on us. The quality coverage under the "Global Medicine" program was possible thanks to our Western partners - reinsurance companies.

Unfortunately, at the beginning of 2023, like a number of other Ukrainian insurance companies, we were unable to continue cooperation with reinsurance companies important for this program. After all, in accordance with the Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 18 of 24.02.2022, Ukrainian insurance companies are prohibited from conducting financial operations for the payment of insurance premiums under reinsurance contracts. Everyone understands that this is a forced step on the part of the NBU, but not all Western partners are ready to wait for the resumption of payments in the indefinite period.

Such an unexpected termination of the reinsurance contract forces us to close the "Global Medicine" insurance program. We would like to inform you that from 2023, the extension of contracts under the program or the conclusion of new ones is SUSPENDED.

Current insurance contracts that were entered into with a start date in 2022 continue their coverage until the end date. In case of the insured event, treatment will be organized in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The Company made this decision after careful consideration and evaluation of the financial implications of continuing to offer the insurance program without reinsurance coverage. We have concluded that the risks involved are too great and that it is not in the best interest of our customers to continue to offer the insurance program.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience to you and apologize for any situations this may cause.

We are sure that over time everything will definitely change for the better, and in the meantime "INGO" is making every effort to fulfill its obligations and will find all possible ways to solve these temporary complications. We are currently working to offer you alternative insurance programs with similar features soon.
