Today, on March 15, INGO celebrates its 30th anniversary, and this is a significant event for us.
Since 1994, the company has come a long way, becoming one of the most famous and largest Ukrainian insurers. Today, we are proud of our achievements and dedication to you - our clients, partners and employees. This success would not have been possible without all of you.
The trust of our clients is the greatest reward for us, and we try to justify it. The company has fulfilled its obligations even in the most difficult times and has no plans to rest on its laurels.
Over these decades, we have provided assistance to insureds in 124 countries on almost all continents. Over the past 5 years alone, INGO's contact center has received 4 million 775 thousand calls from insured persons, which is evidence of our availability and readiness to help at any time. During 2013-2023, INGO paid more than 100 thousand bills for medical services for its insured in the amount of more than UAH 2 billion. We indemnified for over UAH 43 million to agricultural enterprises. In just the last few years, INGO has paid insurance indemnities totaling over UAH 5 billion 746 million.
Our largest indemnities for a single insured event include:
- UAH 93 million for the destruction of the company's inventory by fire;
- UAH 50 million for the destruction of the building and equipment of agricultural enterprise;
- USD 36 million for the destruction of IT company equipment by fire;
- over UAH 3.2 million for one damaged car
- over UAH 7.2 million for a critical illness of the insured person
Our successes are primarily the result of the hard work of a team consisting of 533 specialists, 187 specialists of INGO medical center and 700 insurance agents. Our employees are our greatest value and driving force, creating innovative products, taking care of customers, and organizing services. And we have been working together for a long time. 115 of our employees have been with the company for 5 to 10 years, 145 have been working for 10 to 20 years, and 32 have been with us for more than 20 years, and 8 have been with us for 30 years. This demonstrates our resilience and commitment to the principles on which we base our work.
Secondly, our activities are impossible without the support and active cooperation with partners. Today, INGO cooperates with a number of partners who help us organize services for our customers. They include 340 service stations, 48 travel companies, 16 banks, more than 1,800 pharmacies and 550 medical institutions. We are also proud of our 668 sales partners and almost 40 insurance brokers who help us provide the best conditions for our customers. The company cooperates with 53 international business partners in 33 countries, which allows us to provide the highest level of coverage for our clients.
