Alexander Yaroslavskyy sees favorable prospects for the development of the potential of ASC INGO Ukraine
The president and owner of the DCH group, Alexander Yaroslavskyy, sees favorable prospects for the development of the potential of INGO Ukraine Insurance Company, says the annual report of the insurance company. Mr Yaroslavskyy noted that after INGO Ukraine joins the DCH Group, the general strategic line will be to ensure the stability of the strategic guidelines and the system integration of the company into the DCH structure.
"Strong and stable growth in most parameters (the volume of insurance premiums, equity capital and assets), fulfillment and overfulfilment of targets, reputation of one of the most reliable and professional insurers in the country, confirmation of high long-term credit rating are significant and serious achievements. We see Favorable prospects for the development of the potential of ASC INGO Ukraine, ”cited the words of Alexander Yaroslavsky in the annual report.
The company's management continues to work on its main task for the next 3 years - the development and implementation of a new operating strategy, which includes an important component - the introduction of new technologies.
Igor Gordienko, Chairman of the Board of INGO Ukraine Insurance Company, notes that the company managed to increase its business in the context of high-level price competition.
“We have maintained profitability at the intended level and strengthened the company's financial stability. As part of the existing strategy, the company's digital transformation continued: we developed the IT infrastructure and created a new landscape of business processes,” Mr. Gordienko said.
The company reports that upon the occurrence of insurance events in 2017, UAH 549.7 million was paid. Most of all payments fell on auto insurance - over UAH 328 million. Almost 123 million UAH was paid for losses in property insurance and liability, about 100 million UAH for personal insurance. The largest amount for one insurance event was a payment in the amount of over UAH 93 million. The total amount of responsibility "INGO Ukraine" to insured customers is 625 billion UAH. The amount of collected insurance premiums in 2017 exceeded 1.065 billion UAH.
Thanks to the optimization of business processes and the introduction of electronic document management, the company has reduced the average payment of compensation, including under contracts of compulsory insurance of civil liability of car owners. The client’s personal account and the portal of legal entities that provide insurance online and control of the claims settlement process have earned. In 2018, the company plans to set up a system of individual insurance offers and increase the number of services available
The main task in the current year in the company is the achievement of indicators of operational efficiency in sales, underwriting and loss adjustment. The company implements a number of projects from the management of corporate data, the development of the architecture of software applications, as well as the modernization of technical infrastructure and information security.
