In October 2022, INGO Insurance Company indemnified for UAH 27.5 million for the treatment and diagnosis of the diseases of insured persons. In total, more than 17,000 medical services were organized for the company's clients during the month. It is planned to pay another 2.6 million hryvnias for paying indemnities under the accident insurance contracts.
"This year, we noticed that the peak of autumn incidence is precisely in September, and not in October, as in previous years," said Deputy CEO Serhiy Maistrenko. - "Therefore, in October there was a slight drop (-7%) in the number of appeals by the insured. But, in monetary terms, the indemnities have increased by +14%", Serhiy Maistrenko clarified.
In October, the average daily number of appeals decreased by 26% to 1,350. The insured most often applied for medical consultations and medicines. The instrumental diagnostics and dentistry services were also among the most in demand.
