Employer's liability insurance

The cost of insurance is calculated individually and depends on the following factors: the scope of coverage, the type of activity of the insured company, the number of employees, the presence of non-resident employees, business trip coverage, and the history of claimed losses.

Such factors include changes in the degree of risk during the contract period, for example: an increase in the number of individual entrepreneurs by more than 20% of the declared number, an increase in the number of employees, a change in the type of activity of the insured company.

An exhaustive list of exclusions is determined by the insurance contract on the basis of INGO insurance rules. Exclusions from insurance coverage are:

• Protection of honor, dignity, moral damage, dissemination of personal information
• Racial, sexual or other discrimination, unlawful dismissal of employees
• Occupational diseases, psychological trauma, depression, natural death, suicide
• Indemnification for damages caused to banknotes, securities, valuables and vehicles belonging to the insured's employees
• Payments under mandatory types of insurance (social insurance) - Worker Compensation
• Intentional, criminally punishable actions of responsible persons (managers, department heads) of the insured
