The risks of an insured event must be directly related to the performance of labor activities that are not prohibited by law and which, in accordance with the provisions of civil and labor law, may give rise to claims for compensation for damage to the insured company.
This type of insurance is not a substitute for social insurance or employee accident insurance.
The basis for liability may be:
- Causing material damage due to violations, failure to maintain safe working conditions for employees
- General grounds, in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine (Articles 22, 23, 1166)

What is the cost of insurance?
The cost of insurance is calculated individually and depends on the following factors: the scope of coverage, the type of activity of the insured company, the number of employees, the presence of non-resident employees, business trip coverage, and the history of claimed losses.
What factors may affect the revision of insurance terms during the contract period?
Such factors include changes in the degree of risk during the contract period, for example: an increase in the number of individual entrepreneurs by more than 20% of the declared number, an increase in the number of employees, a change in the type of activity of the insured company.
What are the exclusions from insurance coverage?
An exhaustive list of exclusions is determined by the insurance contract on the basis of INGO insurance rules. Exclusions from insurance coverage are:
- Protection of honor, dignity, moral damage, dissemination of personal information
- Racial, sexual or other discrimination, unlawful dismissal of employees
- Occupational diseases, psychological trauma, depression, natural death, suicide
- Indemnification for damages caused to banknotes, securities, valuables and vehicles belonging to the insured's employees
- Payments under mandatory types of insurance (social insurance) - Worker Compensation
- Intentional, criminally punishable actions of responsible persons (managers, department heads) of the insured
