The insurance agent identifies the client’s needs and consults on the insurance terms. After that, the insurance contract is concluded, and the agent reports to the company.

- Product concept of the compulsory third-party liability. Specifics of the program
- Practical block – filling out the policy, entering data to AIS online system
- Product concept of the Green Card (UGC), Specifics of the program
- Practical block – filling out the policy, entering data to AIS online system
Duration 3 hours.
Subject:
- Motor CASCO insurance. Cost calculation. CASCO insurance algorithm
- Cross-sales: Product – voluntary third-party insurance, direct settlement (Conscious Coverage). Sales algorithm
- Practical block – filling out the policy, entering data
Duration 2 - 2.5 hours.
Subject:
- Programs of personal insurance (comprehensive travel insurance, voluntary health insurance, critical illness cover – World Medicine). Specifics of the products
- Practical block – filling out the policy, entering data to AIS online system
Duration 2 hours.

- Programs of property insurance (apartment insurance, express insurance). Classic property insurance
