Under the terms of the insurance contract, car owners can make restorative repairs (without deducting wear and tear) at specialized service stations, and damage caused by gross violations of traffic rules is covered (except for violations of railway crossings). The deductible in case of an accident caused by the driver of the insured car with less than 3 years of experience is 1% of the sum insured, otherwise the deductible is not deducted.
