Insurance object
The property interest relating to possession, use and disposal of small craft, boats and yachts (hereinafter - vessels) during the period of operation, winter lay-up, transportation by land and water transport, descending / ascending. The insurance contract includes the following elements:
Insurance risks
- losses resulting from a total shipwreck or costs incurred to repair damages of the hull, mechanisms, machines, equipment
- losses resulting from disappearance of the vessel
- losses, expenses and dues resulting from the general average on the vessel
- necessary and appropriate costs incurred for salvage of the vessel
- necessary and appropriate costs incurred to prevent/mitigate losses or determine their amount
- liability for removal of wrecks of the insured vessel
- liability for the environmental damage resulting from fuel spillage and (or) other technical fluids from the insured vessel
- liability for the damage caused by the insured object to life, health or property of third parties
- liability for collision of the insured vessel with third parties’ vessels
- liability for collision of the insured vessel with floating, fixed and other objects of third parties
The insurance contract includes the following elements:
- vessels with the vehicles and equipment
- hull
- mechanisms
- insured’s liability for the damage caused to life, health and property of third parties as the result of the vessel operation
